Files are re-encoded locally so the old metadata is removed.

Every image is re-encoded to remove source metadata. JPEG output then embeds your new XMP metadata; PNG and WebP receive the new metadata in a JSON sidecar.

What it does

Images are decoded locally, redrawn onto a clean canvas, and exported again so metadata from the source file is not copied into the new encoded image. JPEG output then embeds the metadata you entered as XMP.

PNG and WebP exports stay stripped and get a matching JSON sidecar.

How to use it

1. Add files

Drop in JPG, PNG, or WebP images, or click to browse. Batch upload is supported.

2. Fill in metadata

Use the fields above, plus any custom key/value entries you want preserved.

3. Clean and download

Run the batch, then download files individually or as one zip.

Best for

  • Photographers and designers who want a clean export before sharing assets.
  • Teams that apply the same metadata across a batch of images.
  • Anyone who wants a single zip with cleaned files and a manifest.
